The OM Shoppe & Spa is our related Sarasota wellness business. Certain spa services, appointments, events, courses or other offerings may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

Many products offered by The OM Shoppe are handmade, individually produced, naturally occurring or acoustically unique.

For that reason, individual products may vary.

Examples include crystals and minerals that naturally vary in color, size, shape and formation, handmade items that may contain minor variations, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls with individual tonal qualities, and instruments whose appearance or sound may vary slightly from photographs or recordings.

These natural or individual variations are not necessarily defects.

We often provide audio and video demonstrations because hearing an instrument before purchasing it can be extremely helpful.

Recorded sound is affected by microphones, recording environments, compression, computer speakers, mobile devices, headphones, volume settings and playback equipment.

The sound you hear online may therefore differ somewhat from the sound of the instrument in person.

Sound and tonal descriptions are intended to help you make an informed decision but should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every listener will experience an instrument in exactly the same way.

Where we identify an instrument by musical note, frequency, tuning reference or similar acoustic characteristic, we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information.

Small variations may occur depending upon the individual instrument, measurement method, environment and temperature.

Descriptions involving 432 Hz, 440 Hz, chakras, intentions or other traditional or contemporary sound practices are provided for educational and shopping purposes and should be understood within the context stated on the applicable product or educational page.

We make every effort to display accurate prices.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Promotions, discounts, coupons and sale pricing may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions or limitations.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or contains a material error in its description, availability or specifications, The OM Shoppe reserves the right to correct the error and refuse or cancel an affected order.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our current Return Policy.

Eligible regularly priced merchandise may currently be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery when the merchandise meets the conditions described in our Return Policy.

Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in new, resalable condition.

Sale and discounted merchandise is final sale unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the merchandise was incorrectly shipped, defective upon arrival or damaged in transit.

Original outbound shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If your order received free shipping, The OM Shoppe still incurred a shipping expense to send the merchandise to you.

If merchandise from an order that received free shipping is returned, the actual outbound shipping cost paid by The OM Shoppe to send the returned merchandise to you will be deducted from your refund.

The Return Policy in effect at the time of your applicable purchase controls the return process.

If merchandise arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly.

Keep the merchandise, shipping box and all packing materials while we review the issue.

We may request photographs of the merchandise, packaging, shipping label and damage in order to evaluate the issue or submit a carrier claim.

Please do not send damaged merchandise back before contacting us.

Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to any terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, gift card and gift certificate purchases are final and are not returnable for cash.

Promotional or discounted gift cards may be subject to additional restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase.

Discounted gift cards or gift certificates may not be used toward tuition for Sound Healing Academy classes or courses where that restriction is disclosed.

The OM Shoppe offers educational programs, courses, workshops, classes and events.

Individual programs may have additional terms relating to registration, payment, cancellation, transfers, attendance, prerequisites, completion requirements, certification, diploma requirements, extensions, course materials, recordings and intellectual property.

Those program specific terms become part of these Terms when they are presented before purchase or registration.

Registration for a course does not by itself guarantee certification, diploma completion or another professional credential.

Students must satisfy the requirements of the applicable program.
